Real Estate Buyer Inspection
In both new and older homes, the best way to ensure that you are well informed about the strengths and weaknesses of a property is to have a professional home inspection. One-year Warranty Inspection
Most builders provide a one-year warranty for new construction. Generally during this period of time the buyer develops a "list" of corrections for the contractor to repair under the warranty coverage. Some defects will not be obvious to the untrained eye. It is a good idea to have the inspection in the eleventh month of ownership. You will be reassured knowing that potential problems were addressed before they grow into something that could cost you a great deal down the road.

Indoor Air Quality                                                                                                                                                   

The quality of the air inside your home will effect many aspects of your life. People with asma, allergies, week immune systems, smokers, the elderly, women who are pregmant are very suseptable to comtaminated air. Excessive mold speres, pet dander, dust, polution and more effect the quality of the air you breathe. If you are having trouble breathing an indoor air quality test would identify airborn issues and you could take the proper steps to better health with special filters and such.

Single Item Inspection
At times there may be a need for just a single item to be evaluated. Examples being, foundation walls, water intrusion in basements. If you have owned your home for a long time, a home inspection can identify problems in the making and recommend preventive measures, which might avoid costly future repairs. 

Environmental Hazards
Our job as your professional home inspector is to alert you, to the extent possible, to unknown problems and potential environmental hazards in your current or potential house. Ours is a non-invasive visual inspection of your property which can alert you to possible problems.

Energy Losses and Air Leakage Testing                                                                                                         Using laser thermo testing I will measure temperatures all over your home. Then a negative pressure is created for several hours. At that point all the origonal tempratures are remeasured and all temprature changes are identified as outside air leakage needing repair.

Radon Inspections                                                                                                                                                      Radon is a naturally occuring radioactive gas found in soil, rock and water throughout the United States. Radon causes lung cancer, and is a threat to your health because it collects in homes, sometimes to very high levels. I can provide the first step to verifying that your home is safe, the testing. There is no safe Radon level, so be sure with the proper test.

Mold Inspections                                                                                                                                                          Mold is everywhere and usually not a problem indoors unless spores land on wet or damp areas and start growing. Molds produce allergens, irritants and in some cases, potentially toxic substances. If mold is discovered, be sure and have it reconciled properly, mold can cause serious health issues. If mold is not cleaned up properly you could just make the situation worse.
