Home and Mold Inspections of Michigan llc is an independant, unbiased inspection company serving lower Michigan. All inspections are performed by myself, the owner, Richard Fetterman.

My responce time is quick and all the reports are completed immediately with copies for the customer and any third party you may specify. I am fully insured for errors and omissions and I treat every home as if it were my own. I have over thirty years experience in the construction industry and that experience alone go's far beyond any typical inspector.
